Ning co-founder Marc Andreessen is on the board of Zend, which has additional operations in Ramat-Gan, Israel. Version 5 of Zend Studio will be available in mid-November, he added. One last downside of TextMate is that its multi-file search and replace will leave you wanting. Using snippets you can pre-set common tasks. Zend Studio is available to individual developers for personal use with a perpetual license option of one year. On top of that its the easiest to customize for yourself. I've got support for Ack, markdown, diff, ctags, xml, and much more. I can mange version controlled files in just about any system (svn, git, cvs, mercurial, etc.). I can write SQL queries and run them directly against a MySQL server. It has bundles for everything you specified and more.
